Chilean Aliwen Chardonnay was made with selected Chardonnay grapes with 60% fermented in new american and french oak barrels. This lightly oaked Chardonnay combines the best varietal characters of the fruit with a subtle touch of oak to produce a white wine that is full and ripe yet maintains an elegant nose.
