Traditional blend of Chardonnay from the C“te des Blancs (30 %), Pinots Noirs from the Mountain of Reims (40 %) and some selected Pinots Meuniers (30 %), our Champagne comes mainly from Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger (white grapes) and from Bouzy, Ambonnay, Cumires and a few other crus of the Marne Valley.
